Powder Spices Ingredients:

Cooking Ingredients and Quantity:
1. Meat (Mutton/Chicken) : 500 gm
2. Rice Basmati : 500 gm
3. Onion (Medium size) : 8-10 pcs

6. Ginger Paste : 1 Tablespoon
7. Garlic Paste : 1 Tablespoon
8. Yogurt Plain : 1.5 cup
9. Oil : 1 cup
10. Ghee : 2 Tablespoons

Soak for 30 minutes after washing basmati rice properly. Fry onion in hot oil becomes brown and put on some fried onion.
