Powder Spices Ingredients:
Salt, Coriander, Paprika, Chilli, Cumin Seed, Turmeric, Garlic, Ginger, Aniseed, Bay Leaf, Nutmeg, Mace, Fenugreek.

Wholer Spices Ingredients:
Plums, Cardamom, Coriander, Cinnamon, Cloves, Black pepper, Caraway.

Cooking Ingredients and Quantity:
1. Meat (Mutton/Chicken) : 500 gm
2. Rice Basmati : 500 gm
3. Onion (Medium size) : 8-10 pcs
4. Tomato : 3 pcs
5. Potato : 3 pcs
6. Ginger Paste : 1 Tablespoon
7. Garlic Paste : 1 Tablespoon
8. Yogurt Plain : 1.5 cup
9. Oil : 1 cup
10. Ghee : 2 Tablespoons
11. PRAN BOMBAY BIRYANI MIX : 1 Packet

Cooking Procedure:
Soak for 30 minutes after washing basmati rice properly. Fry onion in hot oil becomes brown and put on some fried onion. Add tomato pieces, gin paste and Garlic paste in existing fried onion until oil separates from masala. plain and properly for 15 minutes by adding meat, potatoes, yogurt at mild PRAN BOMBAY BIRYANI. Now add cup of water and cook from heat until meat is tender. Put off the pan while oil until rice is tender. the gravy. Separately boil rice in 12 glasses of hot water & rice and spread Remove heat and drain the water. Make layer of rice, meat curry and serve fried onion on the layers. Finally cook it on mild heat for 10 minutes and serve hot.
