Ingredients : Red Chilli, Coriander, Black pepper, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Mace, Cloves, Cardamom, Sodium Chloride, Nutmeg & Mono sodium Glutamate (E-621).
Cooking Ingredients and Quantity:
1. Chicken Meat : 1 kg
2. Onion (Medium Size) : 16 pcs
3. Ginger Paste : 2 Tablespoons
4. Garlic Paste : 1 Tablespoon
5. Edible Oil : 13 Table spoons (200 ml)
6. Salt : As required
7. Water : As required
8. PRAN CHICKEN CURRY MIX : 7 Teaspoons (20 gm)
Cut chicken meat into medium pieces and wash properly. Heat oil in a vessel and fry chopped onion in hot oil until being light brown. Add ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, PRAN CHICKEN CURRY MIX, cup of water and fry it on a medium flame masala thoroughly fried and oil comes up, add meat pieces. Cook on high heat till meat pieces are well browned. Pour sufficient water and cover the vessel while water is boiled. Cook till meat becomes tender. thick formed, put off the vessel and serve hot.
